RISE
The program is split into 4 main categories: Pool sets, dryland sets, classroom instruction and lifestyle. Each element is essential to the success of each swimmer's success. This program enables each athlete to realize, understand, and reach their potential as a high school swimmer.
THE POOL - We take the pool sets very seriously, and we waste no time. We are prompt in getting in the water, thorough in our workouts, and active in our recovery. Our training is based around fast, race-paced style workouts.
THE DRYLAND - Our swim sets are complemented by hard work out of the water. Our dryland focuses on injury prevention, cardiorespiratory endurance, and musculoskeletal strength.
THE CLASSROOM - The classroom is the workshop where the first step of our training begins. We cognitively master the processes of becoming our best before we take it to the pool to internalize through swim application.
THE LIFESTYLE- The habits we live by are the glue in our program. We understand and practice recovery through adequate and consistent sleep, clean eating, and give ourselves enough time in between workouts.
